1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Gospel Story Studios handles personal information for Manna accounts, MannaPass, Manna Radio, Manna Reads, Manna Games, MannaFlix, and related support, billing, and operations.
2. Account Holders And Children
Manna accounts are for account holders who are at least 13 years old. If a child under 13 uses Manna, that use must happen only through a parent, guardian, or authorized adult account holder. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information directly to Manna.
If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information directly without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, we will review the account and either delete the information or take another step required by law. Parents and guardians can contact privacy@mannapass.com for access, deletion, or child privacy questions.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect account details such as email address, sign-in provider identifiers, authentication records, consent records, profile settings, household profile names or nicknames, selected plan, membership status, billing identifiers, support messages, and operational logs.
We may also collect service activity needed to run each product, such as listening history, favorites, recommendations, reading progress, bookmarks, audiobook state, game progress, player settings, viewing progress, device information, approximate location from network data, browser or app details, cookies, and local storage identifiers.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide access to Manna services, sync household profiles, remember progress and settings, process billing, provide support, send service messages, improve reliability, prevent misuse, keep records of consent, and meet legal, accounting, safety, and platform obligations.
5. Product-Specific Information
Manna Radio may use listening activity, favorites, skips, feedback, and listening settings. Manna Reads may use reading progress, bookmarks, library selections, and audiobook state. Manna Games may use game progress, scores, save state, and family play settings. MannaFlix may use viewing activity, watch progress, and family guide settings. MannaPass uses shared account, access, profile, membership, and billing information.
6. Cookies And Local Storage
Manna uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember profile and product settings, protect the service, measure basic reliability, and connect your browser or app to your account. Some cookies or identifiers are provided by service providers that help operate Manna.
7. Service Providers And Sharing
We share information with providers only as needed for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, media delivery, support, security, and operations. Providers must process the information for those services, not for their own unrelated purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to respond to legal process, or as part of a business transfer involving the Manna services.
8. Billing
Payment information is handled by the payment provider. Manna receives billing identifiers, plan status, renewal or cancellation status, and transaction metadata needed to provide access and support. We do not store full card numbers on Manna systems.
9. Email And Marketing Choices
If you opt in to Manna email updates or premium offers, we may store the consent wording, version, source, timestamp, and unsubscribe status. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without turning off transactional account, security, billing, or service messages.
10. Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices And Rights
You may ask for help accessing, correcting, deleting, or exporting account information by contacting privacy@mannapass.com. We may need to verify the account before making changes. Some information may need to be kept where required for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive information uses, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Based on the current Manna setup, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. International Use
Manna may be operated from Australia and may use service providers in other countries. By using Manna, you understand that information may be processed in countries with privacy laws that differ from your location.
13. Updates And Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Manna family grows. The updated version will be posted here with a new date, and material changes may require renewed acceptance. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@mannapass.com.
