1. These Terms Cover The Manna Family

These Terms govern your Manna account, MannaPass, and connected Manna services, including Manna Radio, Manna Reads, Manna Games, and MannaFlix. By creating an account, signing in, starting a membership, or using any Manna service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Account Holders And Children

Manna accounts may be created and held only by people who are at least 13 years old. If a child under 13 uses Manna, the child may do so only through a parent, guardian, or authorized adult account holder who supervises the use and is responsible for the account. Children under 13 must not create their own account, provide their own email address, or submit personal information directly to Manna.

Household profiles are settings inside the account holder's account. Use nicknames or first names for child profiles and avoid entering information that is not needed to run the service.

3. Family, Church, School, And Organization Use

If you use Manna for a family, child, household, church, school, homeschool group, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you will manage access appropriately. Manna is not a childcare, counselling, emergency, educational accreditation, or pastoral care service.

4. Connected Services

Manna Radio provides Christian music, listening history, favorites, recommendations, and listening settings. Manna Reads provides reading progress, bookmarks, audiobook state, library features, and editions of books. Manna Games provides game access, progress, player settings, and family play features. MannaFlix provides viewing access, watch progress, and family guide features. MannaPass manages shared account, profiles, access, membership, and billing features across the family of services.

5. Memberships, Billing, And Cancellation

Paid memberships, trials, renewals, taxes, prices, included services, and cancellation options are shown during checkout or account management. Billing may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

6. Email Updates

If you opt in to email updates or premium offers, marketing emails will identify Manna or the relevant Manna service and include an unsubscribe option. Transactional account, security, billing, and service emails may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, share sign-in links, scrape or bulk download content, interfere with operations, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer the platform, or use Manna in a way that harms other users, the service, or Gospel Story Studios.

8. Content And Intellectual Property

Manna software, designs, artwork, audio, video, text, metadata, editions, playlists, game materials, and brand assets are owned by Gospel Story Studios or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Public-domain source works remain public domain, while new Manna editions, recordings, designs, and platform materials may be separately protected.

9. Service Changes

Manna is growing and may change. We may add, remove, rename, or update services, content, features, plans, and availability. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise that every feature or piece of content will remain available permanently.

10. Third-Party Providers

Manna may rely on providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, email, security, and media delivery. Your use of those parts of the service may also be affected by the provider's terms, policies, and availability.

11. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security or operational risk, misuses the service, or is required by law or provider policy. You may stop using Manna at any time, and you can contact us for account or privacy help.

12. Disclaimers And Liability

Manna is provided with reasonable care, but it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, Gospel Story Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, except where mandatory laws in your location require otherwise. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

14. Updates And Contact
